Role Overview:
As an Early Years Foundation Stage Teacher (EYFS), you will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons that support the development of children's early literacy, numeracy, and social skills. You will play a vital role in fostering a nurturing, play-based environment that helps pupils feel safe, valued, and eager to learn.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality early years provision in line with the EYFS Framework.
  • Support each child’s development through structured play and creative learning.
  • Track pupil progress and report to parents and senior leaders.
  • Foster strong relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues.
  • Promote a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment.

Requirements for the EYFS Teacher role:

  • Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK.
  • Specialism or experience in Early Years Foundation Stage teaching.
  • Be creative, compassionate, and confident in managing a dynamic classroom.
  • ECTs and Experienced Teachers Encouraged to Apply.
  • An enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one).
  • An up-to-date CV covering the last ten years (with explanations for any gaps).
