Overview

As an External Communication Expert, you would be providing a broad range of communication functions and services across one or multiple business units at various levels within the organization. You would partner closely with business leadership to ensure effective execution of communication generalist activities, while applying a solid understanding of communication concepts, methods, procedures, and best-practice approaches.

Responsibilities
  • Provide a broad range of communication functions and services across business units or specific geographic regions/hubs.
  • Partner with business leadership to support and enhance communications generalist activities.
  • Detect gaps in methods, procedures, and processes and suggest improvements to strengthen communication practices.
  • Handle communication with colleagues and the business regarding data gathering and analysis activities.
  • Contribute as an active team member on short-term projects with typical work goals.
  • Hold an educational background from an accredited university/college, or a high school diploma/GED with good communications experience.
  • Demonstrate good oral and written communication skills.
  • Show effective interpersonal and leadership abilities.
  • Work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Apply very good problem-solving skills in daily tasks and challenges.
  • Leverage prior experience to support communication-related responsibilities.
