The role involves handling export documentation, customs entries, and liaising with customers and overseas agents. Ideal candidates have 1-2 years in the freight industry. Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Complete all export documentation.
  • Complete customs entries from start to finish.
  • Dealing with Airway Bills and House Airway Bills (AWB & HAWB).
  • Invoicing and providing quotations to clients.
  • Liaising with customers and overseas agents as needed.
  • General admin tasks.

  • Monday to Friday (40hr contracted week)
  • 08:30am-17:30pm, 1hr lunch

Export Administrator Required

To join a UK leading, international freight forwarder at their site in Grays. You will be part of a hard-working and well-respected team that are focused on providing a high-quality service. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 1-2 years’ experience within the Freight Industry, although training will be provided.

Export Administrator – Responsibilities
  • Complete all export documentation
  • Complete customs entries from start to finish
  • Dealing with Airway Bills and House Airway Bills (AWB & HAWB)
  • Invoicing
  • Provide quotations to both new and existing clients
  • Liaising with customers and overseas agents as and when required
  • General admin tasks
Export Administrator – Requirements
  • 1-2 years minimal experience working in a similar role within the freight industry
