About the role

Our Paralegals make our specialist teams tick. You’ll be sitting at the heart of cases – researching, analysing, collating, preparing and proofing legal documents, as well as being a superstar at the office fundamentals of diary management, emailing, filing and customer service.

You will have solid experience of residential property transactions and be comfortable in an open, entrepreneurial and progressive working culture.Equally, you’ll be at home dealing with the meticulous checking of documents, and making sure details are correct across files, reports and cases.

What’s needed -

  • Educated to at least GDL/LPC level (or equivalent) is preferred.
  • A minimum of 2 years' residential property paralegal experience within a specialist property department
  • Dynamic and driven with an ability to work independently with initiative, discretion and confidentiality
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise to work to deadlines.
  • Exceptional team player, resilient and calm under pressure with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive approach to work with an eye for detail and a strong motivation to learn.
  • Strong technical skills including a thorough working knowledge of Microsoft applications with experience using case management and relationship management systems a bonus.
