Position Summary: To provide maintenance and repairs on a wide variety of residential and commercial heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems according to company/manufacturing standards and local codes.

Required Qualifications:

• HVAC Tech CT license B2, D2 or S2
• EPA cert or NATE Certs
• Valid driver's license with insurable driving record
• EPA Universal Refrigerant Handling License
• Demonstrate willingness to invest in tools used in Service of HVAC equipment
• Demonstrate willingness to invest time in service training seminars and classes
• Safely work from extension ladders, step ladders, scissor and genie lifts
• Knowledge to problem solve HVAC service calls on most major brands of equipment
• Understand and communicate benefits of preventative maintenance and build customer loyalty
• Demonstrate good customer service skills and have ability to communicate ideas and explanations of problems to residential and commercial customers and coworkers
• Demonstrate willingness to accept responsibility, control non-productive time, breaks, and time off
• Experience in training and mentoring service technicians and apprentices
• Accurately and completely maintain records, including web-based Customer Service Management System (Complete customer files may include job photos, drawings, equipment information, inventory summaries, warranty documentation, and other applicable documentation)
