Job summary

A recruitment agency is seeking an experienced Landscape Architect for a remote role. The successful candidate will manage various landscape projects from inception to completion while working independently. Overview

REMOTE ROLE

Anderselite are currently working with a Cardiff based client in their search for an experienced Landscape Architect.

Responsibilities

• Support and project manage various schemes from inception through to practical completion.
• Design park refurbishments from play areas, sports, park amenities, paths and other existing features, or develop a new masterplan or complete redesign.
• Work on projects ranging from smallest to largest to assist in delivery.
• Prepare and present work and outcomes using graphic boards, online presentations, and meetings; be responsible for delivery, overseeing budgets, processing payments, and ensuring the project is delivered on time.
• Prepare technical documents (General Arrangement, planting plans, setting out, construction details and other related plans).
• Support the forms related to various stages of projects (contract and pre-tender award forms) as needed.

Qualifications and skills

• At least 2-4 years post-graduate experience in a Landscape Architecture practice in the UK.
• Demonstrated project management during key stages, particularly tender/construction.
• Ability to work independently and remotely with occasional site and office visits; managed guidance from Manager/Senior Landscape Architect but strong independent working skills are essential.
• Portfolio and references to support suitability.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office; able to prepare technical documents (General Arrangement, planting plans, setting out, construction details, and related plans).
• Experience in specification writing, pricing documents, and CDM risk assessments.
