This is a mid‑sized, high street legacy firm that has expanded significantly under new leadership, tripling in size in just a few years. The firm specialises primarily in property but is full service so enjoys plenty cross referrals. Property work covers full-scope, end-to-end residential and commercial matters. You will manage your own mixed caseload of residential and commercial conveyancing matters from start to finish. You will work within a partner‑led team with access to support staff, contributing to a busy, high‑performing department trusted throughout the area. All instructions are organic and relationship‑driven, so you will play a key role in maintaining and nurturing client connections.
You will be an experienced Conveyancer, either CILEX-qualified or a Solicitor, confident in running a full range of files independently.
