A historical conservation organization is seeking an Experience & Visitor Programming Manager in Solihull. This role focuses on creating visitor experiences across three properties while managing a team of six. The position involves strategic program development, collaboration with various teams, and maintaining high standards for care and presentation of collections. A key focus is to enhance inclusivity and engagement, as well as overseeing the visitor plan to ensure enjoyable experiences. This is a fixed-term maternity cover until September 2026.
