Job description

Do you have experience working with electrical components and/or electrical manufacturing, and can you confidently manage the purchasing of electrical equipment for manufacturing? If so, this is your chance to join a well‑established and respected electrical manufacturer in Wrexham as an Expeditor, where your expertise will directly impact the success of end‑to‑end production.

As an Expeditor, you’ll primarily oversee the order and purchase of materials used to assemble their excellent service provision. You’ll play a vital part in ensuring quality materials and services arrive on time to support the smooth running of control panel production.

In return, you can expect a salary between £34,000 – £38,000 (DOE), 20 days paid annual leave and a chance to join a company through a period of growth.

Expeditor Key Requirements

• Previous experience in the order and/or purchase of electrical equipment for wiring and assembly of control panels
• Basic knowledge of electrical components or electrical assembly

The ideal candidate for this position can be one of many backgrounds or disciplines, such as:

• Expeditor within the Electrical Manufacturing industry
• Previous experience as a Panel Wirer
• Trade Counter Assistant at an Electrical Wholesaler
• Buyer or Purchasing Assistant who is working with Control Systems
