Job summary

MD Group in Exeter currently seeks a Scheduler to join our busy office. You will plan and schedule operatives' work, manage repairs and voids, and deliver prompt, professional information to customers.

The role is fully office-based in a rural Exeter location; driving is required. We offer up to £30,000 salary, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, a pension, and opportunities to develop in a growing social housing and public sector building services specialist.

Qualifications

• Excellent planning and logical thinking.
• Experience in the maintenance and repairs sector.
• Experience in scheduling and customer service.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Ability to log and allocate work using in-house systems.
