Guinness Property in Exeter is seeking an Area Planner to provide a high-quality planning and coordination service for Responsive Repairs. This full-time permanent role offers hybrid working, with three days a week in the Exeter office.

You will manage operatives' diaries, book and reschedule appointments, and maintain accurate records to track repair activity. The role requires strong customer service, clear communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while meeting

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate day-to-day scheduling of Responsive Repairs operatives.
• Ensure repairs are planned efficiently and appointments are arranged to meet residents' needs.
• Manage operatives' diaries, booking and rescheduling, maintain records and update systems.
• Communicate with residents, operatives and internal teams to ensure clear communication and high service standards.
• Contribute to continuous improvements in service delivery and performance.
