Job summary

MD Group in Exeter is seeking a part-time Scheduler to join a busy team. You will plan and schedule operatives' repairs and maintenance, handle customer enquiries, and update our in-house systems with progress and outcomes.

The role requires strong organisational skills, calm communication under pressure, and experience in repairs and maintenance. You will conduct outbound calls, manage workloads to meet SLAs, and work from our rural office where driving is essential.
