Job summary

The Guinness Partnership is seeking an Area Planner to join the Guinness Property team in Exeter. This full-time, permanent role offers hybrid working with three days in the Exeter office.

You will coordinate day-to-day scheduling of Responsive Repairs, manage diaries, book and reschedule appointments, and keep accurate records to track repair activities. You will work closely with residents, operatives and internal teams to ensure clear communication and high customer service standards, while

Qualifications

• Proven ability to follow procedures and accurately record data and information.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day scheduling of Responsive Repairs operatives.
• Manage operatives' diaries and book/reschedule appointments.
• Maintain accurate records and update systems to track repairs.
