Job summary

MD Group in Bridgwater is seeking a proactive Scheduler to plan and coordinate the work of our operatives, ensuring repairs and maintenance are scheduled efficiently. You will communicate with customers and keep deadlines, updating our in-house systems and dispatching tasks to engineers.

The role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure in a busy environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in scheduling and customer service.
• Experience in repairs and maintenance environments.
• Experience with engineers' diaries/day-to-day scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule operatives' work commitments.
• Provide customers with prompt, professional information.
• Update data in the in-house systems and allocate to tradespeople.
