A respected legal practice in North Ayrshire is seeking a motivated individual to join their Private Client Team. In this full-time role, you will manage your own caseload, assist with complex matters, and build strong client relationships. Candidates with at least two years of experience, particularly in handling Inheritance Tax matters, are preferred. This is an excellent opportunity for those who possess strong communication and organisational skills, and enjoy working closely with clients.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years’ experience handling estate matters.
• Experience with Inheritance Tax (IHT) matters is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist on more technical and complex matters.
• Manage your own caseload.
• Gather information relating to deceased’s estate.
• Draft and prepare inventories.
• Obtain Confirmation and assist with finalisation of estates.
