Planview is hiring an experienced Customer Value Advisor, reporting to a VP, Customer Value Advisory aligned to your region. In this role, you'll own the economic buyer relationship across a portfolio of enterprise accounts - driving value realization, executive engagement, and expansion outcomes from signature through renewal and beyond.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as a strategic CSM or account executive managing $250K+ ACV deal sizes.
• Experience delivering value realization reviews or executive business reviews.
• Ability to identify expansion opportunities in customer conversations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills across all levels.
• Experience in management consulting or value engineering is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the economic buyer relationship from initial forecast through renewal.
• Build and maintain executive-level relationships (C-suite, VP+).
• Drive adoption and value realization across your portfolio.
• Identify expansion opportunities and collaborate with Account Executives.
• Engage pre-sale on strategic accounts to ensure continuity from signature to go-live.
• Develop customer champions and advocacy relationships.
• Act on customer feedback as a voice for product and experience improvements.
