Job summary

Planview is hiring an experienced Customer Value Advisor to own executive relationships across a portfolio of enterprise accounts. You will drive value realization, engage with the economic buyer, and partner with Account Executives to grow the business on the Planview platform.

You will operate at the VP/C-suite level, translating value into renewal and expansion outcomes and supporting strategic growth across AI-powered portfolio management and connected work solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in strategic CSM or account leadership for enterprise SaaS.
• Proven ability to hold C-suite conversations and drive decisions.
• Experience in value realization reviews or executive business reviews.
• Strong commercial instinct with expansion opportunities.
• Ability to map health and adoption to value commitments.

Responsibilities

• Own the economic buyer relationship from forecast to renewal.
• Maintain executive relationships (C-suite, VP+) with regular business reviews.
• Drive adoption and value realization across your portfolio.
• Identify and advance expansion opportunities with AEs.
• Engage pre-sales on strategic accounts to ensure continuity from signature to go-live.
• Develop customer champions and advocacy within Planview community.
• Act on feedback to improve product and experience across your book.
