Job summary

Planview is hiring an experienced Customer Value Advisor to own the executive buyer relationship across a portfolio of enterprise accounts. You will drive value realization, executive engagement, and expansion from signature through renewal and beyond.

You are commercially minded with a track record in VP-/C-suite conversations and a knack for turning value into expanded business. This role supports AI-powered portfolio management within a global, remote-friendly environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as a strategic CSM or account executive managing $250K+ ACV deal sizes.
• Proven executive presence in C-suite conversations and business reviews.
• Experience in value realization and expanding existing customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Own the executive buyer relationship from forecast to renewal across your portfolio.
• Lead regular business reviews linking outcomes to Planview value.
• Drive adoption and value realization, partnering with AEs to grow pipeline.
• Identify expansion opportunities and generate qualified pipeline.
• Ensure continuity from signature to go-live with strategic accounts.
