Qualifications

  • Experience managing multiple senior leaders' diaries and communications.
  • Ability to juggle competing priorities and shifting demands.
  • Comfort with handling sensitive HR, financial, and commercial information.

Responsibilities

  • Manage complex diaries, meetings, and travel for three Directors.
  • Prepare agendas and board papers to an executive standard.
  • Act as a liaison between Finance, HR, Brand, and Operations teams.

Skills

Proven experience as an Executive PA or Senior PA supporting multiple senior leaders
Highly organised
Confident communicator with excellent written and verbal skills
Advanced MS Office skills, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
