A leading educational institution in the United Kingdom seeks an experienced Executive/Personal Assistant to provide essential administrative support. The role involves managing key projects, supporting the Dean, and requires outstanding communication and organisational skills. Candidates should have an undergraduate degree or equivalent experience, alongside two A Levels. The university offers a hybrid working model, facilitating a blend of remote and on-campus work, while fostering an environment committed to diversity and inclusion.
This is a key role in providing a professional service in the administrative processes and procedures that support the School, including organisational support to the Dean, and overseeing the delivery of key projects for the Dean and School Senior Leadership Team.
You will have experience as an Executive / Personal Assistant to senior management, and bring outstanding interpersonal, organisational and communication skills. You will have an undergraduate degree, or equivalent relevant work experience in a similar role and hold two A Levels or equivalent or higher qualification. In addition, you will have a high degree of initiative, a keen sense of discretion and confidentiality, and be comfortable working independently, as well as part of a team.
