A multi-academy trust in Birmingham is seeking an Executive Assistant to support the Leadership Team. This role involves overseeing office administration, managing correspondence, and coordinating events, making it perfect for someone who thrives in a varied environment. We’re looking for someone proactive, organised and adaptable to join our central team in this brand-new role. Based at the central office of BDMAT, the Executive Assistant to the Leadership Team will be an excellent organiser and communicator who thrives in a fast-moving environment and will act as the anchor for our multi-functional central team/office. This is a fantastic opportunity to shape the position from the ground up, working across multiple areas of the organisation supporting the CEO, MAT Educational Leads and Leadership Team and making a real impact from day one.

Highly organised with excellent attention to detail. Confident using Microsoft Office and comfortable learning new systems. Strong communication skills – both written and verbal. Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Positive, adaptable, and eager to take ownership of tasks.
