We are working with an award-winning global B2B consultancy seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to support its CEO in a high-impact, fast-paced leadership role. This is a true right-hand position for a sharp, proactive EA who thrives on complexity, brings calm to pressure, and operates with excellent judgement.
Working in close partnership with a dynamic CEO, you will act as an extension of her thinking, ensuring her time, focus and energy are directed towards the most important business priorities. You’ll bring structure, momentum and clarity to complex days and play a key role in supporting leadership effectiveness across the business.
Location: Brighton (Hybrid – typically 3 days in-office aligned with the CEO)
As Executive Assistant to the CEO, you will provide seamless executive support alongside strategic, operational and relationship management responsibilities. You’ll manage a complex diary across Brighton, London and international time zones, prepare the CEO thoroughly for meetings and engagements, and act as gatekeeper, workflow manager and trusted sounding board.
The role also includes involvement in new business coordination, CRM and pipeline management, client interactions, leadership meetings, and operational planning. You will represent the CEO internally and externally with professionalism, warmth and confidence.
You will have significant experience supporting a CEO or senior leader within a fast-paced, high-expectation environment, ideally within corporate or professional services. Highly organised and intellectually sharp, you bring strong judgement, emotional intelligence and the confidence to make autonomous decisions. Calm under pressure, discreet, and gently assertive, you are comfortable managing up and protecting senior leadership time.
Excellent written communication skills, exceptional attention to detail, and strong technical capability (Microsoft Office; CRM experience a bonus) are essential. You naturally anticipate needs, drive follow-through, and take pride in making things run smoothly.
This is an opportunity to step into a genuinely senior EA role within a high-performing, values-led consultancy. You’ll work closely with a CEO who values strategic partnership, gain exposure to senior leaders and global clients, and play a visible role in shaping leadership rhythm and operational excellence.
If you’re an outstanding Executive Assistant seeking a trusted, influential role with pace and purpose, we’d love to hear from you.
