Job description

A rare opportunity to join a high-performing and exceptionally collaborative Capital Markets team within a globally respected investment firm. Based in beautiful offices near Soho, this Executive Assistant position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, team-first environment where excellence and discretion are second nature.

This is not your typical EA role. You'll be at the very heart of the firm's capital formation efforts—supporting an intellectually curious, driven and supportive team as they partner with some of the world's most innovative technology-focused investors and entrepreneurs.

The Role:

Supporting senior leaders within the Capital Markets Group, your role will be varied, proactive and truly valued. You'll manage complex calendars across global time zones, coordinate travel (always with a plan B in mind), and be trusted to handle high-level client interactions with first-class care and poise. A large part of this role also involves contributing to a longer-term, strategic view—helping institutionalise investor engagement processes, track relationships in Salesforce, and provide vital administrative project support across the team.

You'll work closely with a brilliant Senior EA and enjoy the camaraderie of a supportive and well-respected London office. Flexibility and responsiveness (even out of hours from time to time) will be key, as will your natural discretion, ability to manage competing priorities and genuine interest in the world of private capital.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Own and manage multiple busy diaries and meeting schedules across international time zones
  • Seamless coordination of complex, ever-changing travel itineraries (domestic and international)
  • Proactive upkeep of meeting notes, contact information, and investor data in Salesforce
  • Internal and external meeting coordination, including prep materials and follow-up actions
  • Team event planning and support, including off-sites and strategic sessions
  • Monthly expense processing and ad-hoc reporting
  • Provide wider administrative and project support to the Capital Markets team
  • Act as a key liaison across the business, building strong relationships with internal stakeholders
About You:
  • Minimum of 4-5 years' experience in a senior-level EA or administrative role—from VC, PE, Private Wealth, Financial Consulting or top-tier Banking
  • Naturally proactive, adaptable and quietly confident—able to think ahead and stay two steps in front
  • Poised, polished and trustworthy—someone who builds rapport with ease and can handle sensitive information with care
  • Detail-oriented, organised and highly efficient—able to prioritise and pivot at speed
  • Tech-savvy—comfortable with Microsoft Office, with a working knowledge of Salesforce (or willingness to learn)
  • Calm under pressure and solutions-focused—someone who takes pride in their work, no matter how big or small the task
  • A real team player with a positive mindset and a desire to contribute to something meaningful
The Culture & Perks:

This firm combines the pace and energy of a top-tier investment house with a warm, inclusive and collaborative culture. People here genuinely enjoy working together, and the leadership team values and invests in their support function. Expect to work with smart, grounded people who operate at pace, but with care and respect for one another.

The firm operates a hybrid model (4 days in office), offers a very competitive salary, excellent bonus potential, and exceptional benefits including private medical, generous pension contributions and lots of thoughtful extras.

If you're a commercially astute EA looking to join a dynamic team where your work truly matters—and you thrive in a polished, fast-paced investment environment—we'd love to hear from you.
