This hybrid role involves managing diaries, organising meetings, and supporting project coordination in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications

  • Previous experience supporting senior leaders or Directors.
  • Background in a construction consultancy or property sector preferred.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills.

Responsibilities

  • Manage diary for MD, including organisation of meetings.
  • Prepare senior team monthly reports and meeting minutes.
  • Support invoicing processes and document control.
