Job description

We are recruiting for an Executive Assistant for an urgent temporary assignment.

The role will be to provide high-level support to the CEO of a leading charity based in Portsmouth.

This role requires someone highly organised to be the main point of contact for the CEO, managing a range of confidential matters and coordinating with senior stakeholders. Someone that is capable to pick things up and provide immediate support.

Key Responsibilities as Executive Assistant:

  1. Serve as the primary contact for all matters relating to the CEO.
  2. Manage the CEO's diary, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  3. Provide administrative support, including preparing reports, meeting briefings, and presentations.
  4. Work closely with the Chief Operating Officer to align the CEO’s workload with business priorities.
  5. Organise and attend key meetings, events, and manage external engagements.

Skills & Experience:

  1. Previous experience as an Executive Assistant
  2. Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  3. Ability to manage confidential information and multitask effectively.
