The role

We\'re recruiting an experienced executive assistant to support the COO and managing director of a residential-led property development company. Both are board-level leaders, and this role sits at the center of the business.

You\'ll provide high-level, hands-on support across diary management, inbox control, meetings, board preparation, and wider business coordination. The role is fast-paced, varied, and suited to someone who enjoys being trusted, relied upon, and close to decision-making.

This is a true EA role, not administrative support, and requires confidence, judgment, and discretion.

The person

You\'ll be an experienced executive assistant with 5+ years\' experience, ideally supporting senior or board-level stakeholders. You\'re organised, calm under pressure, and comfortable handling sensitive information.

You communicate clearly, take ownership of your work, and can anticipate what\'s needed before being asked. You\'re happy working in a predominantly office-based environment and enjoy being part of a close, collaborative team.
