Executive Assistant (Temp‑to‑Perm)

Doncaster - Lakeside Office | Agile Working | £40,000 Senior PA

A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join our client as a high‑level Personal Assistant supporting the Executive Director and wider senior leadership team. This role is offered on a temp‑to‑perm basis.

About the Role

You’ll provide first‑class PA support to the Executive Director, ensuring smooth coordination of diaries, meetings, communication, and people processes. A major upcoming project—finance and legal focused—will require strong coordination, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple moving parts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage complex diaries, appointments, and schedules for senior leaders
  • Coordinate meetings, workshops, travel, and internal events
  • Support people processes including recruitment, onboarding, development, and performance reviews
  • Handle emails, calls, correspondence, and document flow
  • Prepare and circulate reports, presentations, and board‑level documents
  • Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
  • Maintain efficient administrative systems and support meeting agendas/minutes
  • Assist with legal documentation processes and tracking
  • Welcome and host visitors professionally
  • Provide cover for other PAs, including the CEO's PA when required
Essential for PA level
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a senior PA role
  • Highly organised with excellent time‑management
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills
  • Strong communication and relationship‑building abilities
  • Confident, proactive, and able to work with minimal direction
  • Calm under pressure with the ability to juggle changing priorities
  • High level of professionalism and confidentiality
Working Pattern
  • 8:30am - 5:00pm
  • 4 days per week in the office, 1 day at home
  • During the first 12‑week probation: 5 days in the office (flexible where needed)
