Executive Administrator / Marketing Assistant

Location: Morley, Leeds

Salary: £32,000-£35,000 per annum (pro rata for part‑time hours)

Employment type: Permanent | Full‑time or Part‑time; 25+ hours per week / over 4 or 5 days / weekdays

This is a high‑impact Executive Administrator role supporting the Head of Sales, Service and Marketing, acting as a central hub across sales, marketing and customer service, removing administrative burden and ensuring priorities are followed through. This role suits someone who enjoys pace, variety, and being a trusted, proactive support and has a good understanding of marketing and social media within a commercial environment.

Responsibilities
Admin Support
  • Managing calendars, meetings and communications
  • Preparing agendas, taking minutes, tracking actions and chasing follow‑ups
  • Organising digital files, documentation, travel and accommodation
Marketing Coordination
  • Assisting with campaign administration and social media scheduling
  • Coordinating content, assets, testimonials and case studies
  • Supporting email campaign preparation including data checks and segmentation
Sales Admin
  • Preparing sales reports, dashboards and performance summaries
  • Supporting CRM administration including data hygiene and pipeline updates
  • Chasing the sales team for overdue actions and system updates
Customer service and reporting
  • Tracking escalations and ensuring actions are followed up
  • Maintaining KPIs, trackers and leadership summaries
  • Assisting with SOPs, workflows and process improvements
Project coordination
  • Supporting commercial projects and initiatives
  • Tracking progress, chasing updates and monitoring deadlines
What we’re looking for
  • Proven experience as an Executive Administrator, PA, Executive Assistant, Commercial Assistant or similar role
  • Good knowledge of marketing and social media for commercial use
    • Experience using a CRM system, HubSpot preferred but not essential
    • Highly organised, proactive and detail‑focused
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Confident chasing actions politely but firmly
    • Strong Excel and reporting capability
    • Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
    • Calm, reliable and solutions‑focused
