This is a pivotal operational role supporting the delivery of high-volume professional assessments sat by thousands of learners each year. If you are highly organised, calm under pressure and motivated by accuracy, this role will place you at the centre of a mission‑critical process within a respected membership organisation.

THE ROLE

Reporting into the Learning function, you will support the full assessment cycle, ensuring that all assessment data, documentation, and centre operations run smoothly and to exacting standards.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting 40+ exam centres with secure file platforms, imagery accuracy and dataset configuration.
  • Managing multi‑channel first‑line support for exam centres and remote candidates on exam days (phone, Teams, email).
  • Maintaining and prioritising high‑volume inboxes, ensuring consistent, timely communication.
  • Helping identify and report potential assessment regulation breaches, gathering evidence and preparing documentation for review panels.
  • Coordinating secure document handling for examiners and markers, including meeting logistics and formatting of reports.
  • Supporting the administration of seminars, courses, and exam counselling sessions.
THE CANDIDATE

We are seeking a reliable and detail‑focused administrator who takes pride in accuracy and service delivery.
