We're currently looking for an Exam Production Technician on a full-time, fixed-term basis until July 2026. This position sits within the Qualifications Production team. The role is home-based with monthly office days.

The Job

Reporting to the Exam Production Manager, on a day-to-day basis, you'll be involved in the following:

  • Managing exam production schedules and ensuring deadlines are met
  • Coordinating external examiners and subject experts
  • Completing quality assurance checks on exam content and systems
  • Applying system knowledge to build and construct exams
  • Providing training and guidance to stakeholders on exam-setting processes
  • Supporting the delivery of accurate, secure and regulatory-compliant exams
The Person

We're looking for someone who:

  • Has excellent organisational and administrative skills
  • Demonstrates strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Can confidently engage with a wide range of stakeholders
  • Is highly computer literate and quick to learn new systems
  • Remains calm and focused when working to strict deadlines
