What skills and experience we're looking for

We are now recruiting for Exam Invigilators to perform the duties listed below:

Responsibilities
  • Invigilate a range of Internal and External examinations.
  • Ensure the smooth running of off‑site examinations if required.
  • Follow examination regulations as specified by the Joint Council for Qualifications (JCQ).
  • Work flexible hours between 8.00 am and 6.00 pm as appropriate for the examination.
  • Duties may include reading and scribing for students who have access arrangements.
Qualifications
  • GCSE Maths and English Language equivalent at Grade C or higher.
  • Experience of communicating with people at all levels and the ability to communicate oral instructions clearly.
  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to give accurate attention to detail.
  • Flexibility.
  • Good preparation and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work to deadlines.
  • Professional appearance.
