This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with experience in an educational setting who are organised, reliable, and passionate about supporting young people in a calm and professional environment – as well as those open to developing a longer-term career within education.

About the Role

As an Exam Invigilator, you will play a vital role in ensuring that examinations run smoothly and in full compliance with exam board regulations. Your responsibilities will include setting up exam rooms, checking seating plans, distributing and collecting exam papers, supervising students throughout the exam, and ensuring a quiet, secure, and supportive atmosphere. Training, Development, and Progression

All candidates booked through Tradewind Recruitment will be required to complete a mandatory online training course prior to undertaking any invigilation work. This training ensures that you are fully prepared and confident in understanding exam regulations, safeguarding responsibilities, and best practice when supervising students.

For candidates who demonstrate reliability, professionalism, and a genuine interest in working with young people, Tradewind Recruitment can also support transitions into other roles within education. This may include positions such as Teaching Assistant, Cover Supervisor, Learning Support Assistant, or other school-based support roles, depending on your experience, interests, and availability. Additional training and guidance can be provided to help you build your skills and broaden your opportunities within the education sector.
