A leading events management company in the City of Westminster is seeking a Casual Events Host to join their Front of House team. The role involves assisting in overseeing the client experience at a prestigious law firm, delivering a friendly welcome, and maintaining high standards of client care. Ideal candidates will have previous front of house or customer service experience. Flexible shifts are available between 7am and 10pm, with a pay rate of £20 per hour.

Overview

Portico have a fantastic opportunity for a casual Events Host to join our Front of House team based at Magic Circle Law Firm in the City. The role of the Events Host is to assist the Events Co-ordinators in overseeing the client experience and events space at the Law firm. The friendly welcome from our Events Host team sets the first impressions clients and visitors have of the firm, so this must be delivered with the highest level of client care and personal service.

Location: London

Hours: 0-hour contract, with flexible shifts between 7am and 10pm from Mon-Fri

Salary: £20 per hour

Responsibilities
  • Support the Events Co-ordinators in overseeing client experience and the events space at the law firm.
  • Provide a friendly welcome and high level of client care to clients and visitors to ensure a positive first impression.
  • Deliver professional front of house service as part of the Front of House team.
