A government authority in New South Wales is seeking an Events Coordinator to manage events and tours at the Bradfield City Centre. This temporary full-time position requires excellent communication skills, flexibility, and relevant experience in event coordination. As Events Coordinator you will be primarily located at Bradfield with occasional work from Penrith. You’ll be at the heart of making Bradfield City come alive – organising events and visitor experiences that connect people with the city’s vision. You’ll handle everything from logistics and venue bookings to running tours and responding to enquiries, making sure every event is smooth, professional and memorable. You will also provide back‑up support for the Concierge.
You’ll thrive in a fast‑paced environment juggling competing priorities and tight deadlines while keeping service standards high. Whether it’s coordinating with teams managing back‑to‑back projects or supporting daily operations, your knack for problem‑solving and attention to detail will help deliver standout experiences for everyone involved.
