A growing marketing organization in Ascot seeks an Events Coordinator to lead various events. You will manage logistics, coordinate with vendors, and ensure every event reflects the company’s values. Candidates should have at least 3 years' experience in event planning, strong organizational skills, and a creative flair. We’re on the lookout for a highly organised, energetic and creative Events Coordinator to join our client’s growing marketing team. This is a varied, hands-on position where you’ll take the lead in delivering a wide spectrum of events from internal celebrations and wellbeing days to external conferences, networking evenings and recruitment fairs.
You’ll bring ideas to life, energise teams and ensure events reflect our client’s values while enhancing their brand visibility. Whether it’s hosting a summer staff get-together or coordinating their presence at a large community festival, you’ll be at the heart of it all making things happen and ensuring everyone has a brilliant experience.
This role requires creativity, flexibility, a good sense of fun and a knack for logistics. You’ll be working closely with the in-house marketing team and colleagues across all departments, ensuring events are delivered with purpose, polish and personality.
