Job summary

A leading provider of event services is seeking an experienced Account Manager in Liverpool. This office-based role involves managing client relationships, coordinating crew staffing, and ensuring exceptional service delivery. Candidates should have a background in office administration and a minimum of 2 years’ experience in account management. The position offers a salary range of £25,000 - £28,000 and additional benefits including annual leave and a pension plan.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in account management or related role.
  • Experience within event staffing or operations is advantageous.
  • Office Admin background is ideal for client relationship management.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop long-term relationships with existing clients.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for repeat bookings and upsells.
  • Handle high volumes of daily email and telephone enquiries.
  • Conduct regular client site visits.

Skills

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Highly organised, with strong multi-tasking ability
Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to adjust to changing event requirements
