Event Sponsorship Manager

Location: London (Hybrid: 3 days in-office)

Contract: 12 months

Travel: Potential travel to UK and US event locations

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and creative Event Sponsorship Manager to join the team at a world-renowned events and information services organisation. This new role has been created to support the growing complexity and creativity of our clients sponsorship offerings, ensuring seamless delivery and exceptional sponsor experiences at their flagship events.

You will act as the vital link between sales, event management, and sponsors — translating sponsorship agreements into actionable fulfilment plans, overseeing delivery, and ensuring every commitment is met to the highest standard. You'll also play a key part in evolving the sponsorship packages, working closely with both UK and US teams.

Responsibilities

• Sponsor Fulfilment: Track and execute all sponsorship deliverables from signing through completion, ensuring sponsors receive the value they paid for.
• Customer Facing: Join sales on calls to understand sponsor objectives and present creative solutions.
• Project Management: Create and manage fulfilment schedules, assign tasks, and monitor progress across pre-event, on-site, and post-event periods.
• Quality Control: Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and sponsor expectations.
• Sponsor Communication: Provide regular updates and performance reporting to sponsors.
• Innovation: Ideate new sponsorship concepts and activations that enhance sponsor visibility and attendee experience.
• Collaboration: Work with Event Management, Account Managers, Marketing, and Operations to deliver on all sponsorship elements.
• Continuous Improvement: Support sponsor satisfaction, retention, and renewal through excellent service and creative thinking.
