A leading events provider located in the UK is seeking an experienced Event Producer to enhance and innovate flagship events. The ideal candidate will have over 1.5 years in commercial conference production, strong analytical skills, and proven project management experience. You will lead audience research, collaborate with multiple stakeholders, and drive commercial success. This permanent, hybrid role offers a salary between £30,000 and £35,000, along with numerous benefits including a performance-related bonus.
Location: London (Hybrid – 1–2 days per week in the office)
Salary: £30k – £35k + 20% discretionary annual bonus

Supporting Portfolio and Event Strategy Execution
This role is designed to transition into full portfolio ownership after 12 months.
Flagship events for globally recognised brands in governance, risk and compliance. Freedom to innovate, launch new formats and build events that genuinely serve audiences.
Managing multiple projects, stakeholders and deadlines while delivering commercially successful events in fast‑moving, highly regulated markets.
Permission to work in the role’s location by the start of employment is required.
