Job summary

Tate Recruitment is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to join its customer experience centre in Milton Keynes. You will be the first point of contact across phone, email and live chat, delivering exceptional service and handling inquiries, orders and issues.

After a temporary period, transition to a permanent contract with benefits and ongoing development. Training is mandatory for two weeks (Mon-Fri, 11:00–20:00).

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Professional and friendly telephone manner
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Good IT and administration skills
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
• Positive attitude and attention to detail
• Training will be provided

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer enquiries
