Tate Recruitment is seeking an Evening Customer Service Advisor in Milton Keynes for a temporary to permanent role. You will handle inquiries across phone, email and live chat during the 6pm–midnight shift, delivering excellent service and supporting orders and returns.

The role offers an attractive hourly rate (£12.85–£15.42) with weekly pay during temporary work, a clear path to permanent employment, and hybrid opportunities once permanent.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Professional and friendly telephone manner.
• Good IT and administration skills.
• Ability to multitask under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Handling inbound customer enquiries across phone, email and live chat.
• Supporting customers with orders and purchases.
• Updating customer records accurately across systems.
