Qualifications

• Previous experience in a customer-facing role is essential.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organisational and prioritisation abilities.
• Accurate data entry and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality customer service across onboarding, quotations, reporting and invoicing.
• Respond to client communications via email and telephone promptly and professionally.
• Be a first point of contact for client queries and resolve issues where possible.
• Coordinate with internal teams on queries and ensure accurate customer data in systems.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
