Qualifications

• Experience of working with young people or vulnerable adults, people with mental health needs or substance misuse.
• Previous experience working under challenging circumstances.
• Ability to use IT systems confidently.

Responsibilities

• Receive and direct all customer queries.
• Develop relationships with customers, helping them develop life skills.
• Handle occasional emergency/challenging situations.
• Ensure excellent service is provided.
• Organise and run social activities occasionally.
• Maintain security of the service.
• Write and update customer notes.
