Job summary

Presidents Summit is seeking an operations professional to own end-to-end execution of 10 European private equity conferences a year in London. You’ll manage venues, suppliers, on-site teams and the attendee experience.

Qualifications

• UK work permit required.
• Training provided; no specific previous work experience required.

Responsibilities

• Supplier Research and Management: Source, compare, and select best suppliers; negotiate contracts; maintain supplier relationships; budget reviews.
• Event Planning: Plan VIP events, coordinate with venues, provide on-site support.
• Internal Team Support: Track queries, manage inventory, quality check promotional materials.
• On-site Volunteer organisation: Hire, train, and manage a 40-person volunteer team.
