Job summary

Presidents Summit seeks an operational lead to own end-to-end execution of 10 European private equity conferences per year. You will manage venues, suppliers, on-site teams and the overall attendee experience, working in our London HQ.

The role offers rapid responsibility in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial setting with significant input into how we run events. You will collaborate with a high-performing team and CEO, develop supplier networks, and coordinate multi-site events, with growth

Responsibilities

• Supplier Research and Management: source and select best suppliers; negotiate terms and maintain relationships.
• Event Planning: plan sponsored VIP events, coordinate with venues, provide on-site support.
• Internal Team Support: track queries, manage inventory, quality check design materials.
• On-site Volunteer organisation: hire, train, and manage a 40-person volunteer team.
