Job summary

Presidents Summit in London is seeking an operations-focused professional to own end-to-end execution of 10 European private equity conferences annually. You will manage venues, suppliers, on-site teams and the overall attendee experience from HQ in London.

We value hands-on operators who ship with extreme attention to detail, stay calm under deadlines, and enjoy growing with a high-energy, entrepreneurial team. Training is provided and there is real internal promotion opportunity.

Qualifications

• UK work permit required.
• Training is provided; no mandatory prior experience.
• Ambitious, proactive, detail-oriented operator with ability to manage many moving parts.

Responsibilities

• Source, compare and select suppliers for event needs and add-ons.
• Plan sponsored VIP events, logistics and on-site support.
• Maintain inventory and update event sheets; ensure promotional materials meet quality standards.
• Hire, train and manage a 40-person volunteer team.
