Job summary

Presidents Summit is seeking an operations-driven professional to own the end-to-end execution of 10 European private equity conferences annually, overseeing venues, suppliers, on-site teams and the attendee experience.

You will thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven start-up environment, work closely with the CEO and founder, and lead a 40-person volunteer crew while coordinating planning, budgets, and on-site logistics at major conferences.

Qualifications

• No specific prior experience required; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Supplier research and management: source, compare and select best suppliers; negotiate contracts; maintain relationships; manage budgets.
• Event planning: coordinate VIP events, lunches, dinners and after-hours activities; liaise with venue staff; provide on-site support.
• Internal team support: track and condense internal queries; maintain inventory; quality check promotional materials.
• On-site volunteer organisation: hire, train and manage ~40 volunteers.
