Presidents Summit Ltd. in London is seeking an operations-focused individual to own the end-to-end execution of 10 European private equity conferences each year.

You will manage venues, suppliers, on-site teams and the overall attendee experience, working closely with a fast-growing entrepreneurial team. The role offers a high-responsibility environment with opportunity for internal promotion and travel to conferences overseas.

Formación

• No specific prior experience required as training is provided
• UK work permit required
• Relentless drive and high work ethic
• Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)

Responsabilidades

• Supplier research and management: source, compare and select best suppliers; negotiate contracts; maintain relationships; budget oversight.
• Event planning: plan sponsored VIP events, lunches, dinners, and after-hours activities; coordinate with venues; provide on-site support.
• Internal team support: track and condense team queries; inventory tracking; quality check of promotional materials.
• On-site volunteer organisation: hire, train and manage a 40-person volunteer team.
