Job summary

Presidents Summit is seeking an operations-focused professional to own the end-to-end execution of 10 European private equity conferences per year. The role covers venues, suppliers, on-site teams and the overall attendee experience, with HQ in London and regular on-site activity.

You will work in a fast-paced startup-like environment, reporting to the leadership team, and will have opportunities for growth within a dynamic, entrepreneurial organisation.

Qualifications

• No specific previous work experience required; training is provided.
• UK work permit is required.
• Strong organisational and communication skills are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Source, compare, and identify the best suppliers for various event needs; negotiate terms where possible.
• Plan and coordinate sponsored VIP events, lunches, dinners, and after-hours activities; liaise with venues and staff.
• Provide on-site support during events and manage internal team queries and inventories.
• Hire, train and manage a 40-person volunteer team for on-site operations and event delivery.
