Presidents Summit Ltd. in London is seeking an Operations Lead to own the end-to-end execution of our European private equity conferences from a London HQ. You will manage venues, suppliers, on-site teams, and the overall attendee experience.

You will build strong supplier relationships, coordinate logistics, and lead a 40-person volunteer crew to deliver high-impact events across Europe. The role offers growth with internal promotions and travel opportunities.

Qualificações

• No specific prior experience required; training provided.
• UK work permit required.
• Relentless drive with strong work ethic and urgency.
• Curious about people and relationship-building.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Well-organised with ability to structure and prioritise work.

Responsabilidades

• Find and manage suppliers for event needs.
• Research potential suppliers for add-ons, branding materials, and other requirements.
• Negotiate contracts with suppliers for cost-effective high-quality services.
• Maintain positive relationships with suppliers and address issues.
• Review and manage budgets, anticipating changes in advance.
• Plan sponsored VIP events, lunches, dinners, and after-hours activities.
• Coordinate with venue staff to ensure logistics are in place.
• Provide on-site support during events to ensure smooth execution.
• Track internal team queries and maintain inventory sheets.
• Quality check promotional materials such as banners and signage.
• Hire, train, and manage a 40-person volunteer team.
