Job summary

Presidents Summit is seeking an operations-focused professional to own the end-to-end execution of 10 European private equity conferences per year, covering venues, suppliers, on-site teams, and the attendee experience. Based in London, you will drive flawless event delivery in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

You will manage supplier research, budgeting, and on-site volunteers, delivering high-quality experiences across Europe while collaborating with a dynamic leadership team.

Qualifications

• UK work permit required.

Responsibilities

• Supplier Research and Management: source, compare, and select best suppliers; negotiate terms; maintain supplier relationships; manage budget.
• Event Planning: coordinate VIP events, logistics with venues, and on-site support to ensure smooth execution.
• Internal Team Support: track queries, manage inventory, and quality check promotional materials.
• On-site Volunteer organisation: hire, train, and manage a 40-person volunteer team.
